Customer Satisfaction Survey
CP is conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey between 4 November and 14 December 2024.
RHmais will be asking the questions on the trains and at the stations. The interviewers are identified and accredited by CP.
The study aims to identify customer needs and expectations, so we would be grateful for your participation.
