CP informs that you can request your Navegante Familia since July 22, 2019. It can be purchased - like the other passes – from the 26 of each month.
Navegante Família has the same features as the NAVEGANTE passes (Metropolitano or Municipal) and allows each family to pay the maximum price of 2 NAVEGANTE passes. Navegante Metropolitano Família - €80. Navegante Municipal Família – €60.
Navegante Família is for exclusive use of household members (at least 3 members), with the same tax address – which shall be located within one of the 18 municipalities of the metropolitan area of Lisbon – and is valid monthly, that is, from the first to the last day of the month for which it was purchased.
The access, renewal and update application form of Navegante Família is available at the ticket offices of the Lisbon Urban Trains and can be obtained soon at www.aml.pt, www.portalviva.pt and cp.pt.
All procedure regarding Navegante Família shall be processed at the service stations of the regular public passenger transport service operators indicated on www.aml.pt or www.portalviva.pt. At CP, the pass can be requested from the Customer Support Offices of Rossio and Cais do Sodré.
To request the Navegante Família all household members shall have the Lisboa VIVA card (rigid and personalised card, including a photograph).
After the access application, the activation of Navegante Família can take up to 10 days, provided that the conditions of access are met. The purchase of Navegante Família can only be made after the application is confirmed.
