Group travel booking

If you want to travel in a group of 10 or more people, the Intercidades, Regional, Celta and Oporto urban train services have specific conditions. On the Lisbon urban trains, group conditions only apply to groups with a minimum of 15 people.

If your group wants to travel on the Lisbon urban trains, we ask you to send your request at least 3 business days before the journey.

If you want to travel on the Intercidades, Regional, Celta or Oporto urban trains, please contact us with the following advance notice:

• Intercidades and Regional
  • groups of up to 100 people – at least 15 business days before the journey date;
  • groups of more than 100 people – at least 30 business days before the journey date;

• Celta
  • groups of up to 50 people – at least 15 business days before the journey date;

• Oporto Urban Trains
  • groups of 10 to 40 people – at least 3 business days before the journey date;
  • groups of 41 to 80 people – at least 5 business days before the journey date;
  • groups of more than 80 people – at least 15 business days before the journey date;

Even if you have less time than we ask for, please contact us anyway as we always have a suggestion!
