Lisbon Zoo Partnership

The Zoo's subsidised fares also apply to individual journeys and groups of up to 9 (return) on Alfa Pendular, Intercidades, Regional and InterRegional trains.

These fares apply to an all-in-one CP+Zoo ticket which must be purchased from CP Ticket Offices, Online ticket office or the Customer Care Line.

The train journey can be bought with discounts, plus entry to the Zoo at equally special prices.

The Zoo admission ticket is issued as a voucher valid as a ticket to the Zoo, which is valid for the same period as the train ticket.

Presentation of the printed voucher is compulsory and gives preferential access to the entrance control area, eliminating the need to go to the Zoo ticket office.

Connections by urban train

• With the presentation of an Alfa Pendular or Intercidades train ticket, you can make a connection between the Lisbon-Oriente and Sete Rios stations via the Lisbon Urban Trains.
• For Regional and InterRegional trains without a stop at Sete Rios, the ticket is only valid as far as Oriente, so a ticket for the Lisbon urban trains must be purchased at the ticket office, loaded onto a Navegante card (€0.50), that the passenger must buy and validate.
• If you come from the area covered by the Porto urban trains, you can purchase this journey at the Online Ticket Office in addition to an Alfa Pendular and/or Intercidades journey to and from Lisbon.

The Zoo's lower rates apply to School Groups, Scouts, after-school activities, charities and Senior Groups (Senior Universities, Parish Centres, Day Centres and Nursing Homes).

These rates are valid for organised groups of 10 or more travelling on Intercidades, Regional and InterRegional trains to Lisbon Zoo.

In these cases, accompanying adults are get 30% off. Not valid in conjunction with other discounts or offers.

These tickets are only on sale from GruposLC-RG@cp.pt.

Note: Companions: CP applies the same criteria adopted by the Zoo, namely:

•     1 companion per group of 5 children between the ages of 3 and 5
•     1 companion per group of 10 children aged between 6 and 10
•     1 companion for every 10 young people or students

Note: an incomplete group that does not fulfil the ratio will also be entitled to 1 companion.

These prices apply exclusively to visitors travelling on Intercidades, InterRegional or Regional services to Lisbon, with a minimum of 10 participants.

You must present a credential certifying that the group is linked to the institution/educational establishment.

Note: Prices do not include the train journey.
