Ticket offices

We have a huge network of ticket offices in its stations throughout the country.

Here you can buy tickets for the Lisbon, Oporto and Coimbra urban trains and for the long-distance and regional services – Alfa Pendular, Intercidades, Regional/InterRegional.

In some stations, you can also buy tickets for international trains (Celta).

This personalised service provides a series of services:

• information on train times and prices;
• information on benefits and special offers;
• requisition/acquisition of monthly passes;
• sale of single or return tickets;
• sale of merchandising products (available in some stations);
• reception and forwarding of suggestions/complaints;
• and so on.

If the boarding station, or the area around the station (200 metres beyond the station boundary), has no means of sale available, you may purchase your ticket on board the train at no additional charge, provided that you contact the ticket inspector, before or immediately after boarding and before taking up your seat, to request the purchase of your ticket.
