Beira Alta line – replacement bus service

The modernisation of the Beira Alta Line by IP - Infraestruturas de Portugal means trains are suspended on the Pampilhosa-Guarda-Vilar Formoso section.

Connections to Intercidades and Regional trains on the Coimbra-Guarda-Vilar Formoso route will be made through a replacement bus service.

The replacement bus service cannot carry wheelchairs or bicycles. Small pets are allowed if the animal is in a suitable container that can be carried as hand luggage.
