The proof that you are entitled to the discount is shown at the time you buy the train ticket or on board, during the inspection, upon presenting the electronic ticket – printed out or in digital/mobile format – as long as it is legible, or the boarding pass of the flight already taken, along with the personal identification document. If customers fail to present the abovementioned documents, they will be considered passengers without ticket and shall be subject to the penalties provided for by the Law.

This discount cannot be used together with other discounts or special offers.

Tickets must be purchased up to 60 days in advance.

It is the Customers’ sole responsibility to ensure that they arrive at the departure sites, airports and stations in due time, complying with the requirements of each company.

This service does not include any transfer between the train station and airport or vice versa, nor any connections between the two modes of transport.

SATA - Azores Airlines grants a 5% discount to CP Customers registered on myCP and who purchase and present, whenever requested, an Alfa Pendular or Intercidades ticket for a train journey taken place up to 3 days before or 3 days after the date of the flight.

The 5% discount applies to any available public fare (except for the resident and student fare), and an issue rate of preferential value, for the benefit of the customer himself and the household (husband, wife and children travelling together). Only on flights operated by SATA.

This special fare is exclusively available in the area for CP Customers registered on myCP.

It is the Customers’ sole responsibility to ensure that they arrive at the departure sites, airports and stations in due time, complying with the requirements of each company.

The tickets issued under this partnership can be refunded and you can change to other dates and times according to the conditions in force. 

• Tickets can be bought from the Online ticket office, CP App (requires being registered on "myCP") or the Customer Care Line.
• From the CP ticket offices or on board the train if you cannot buy a ticket at the departure station.
• The SATA – Azores Airlines tickets with discount must be bought in the area for Customers registered on "myCP".
